Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all light panels, controllers, and power supplies are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
